The Data Controller, also referred to as the Controller, is the entity that determines the purposes and means of processing personal data, effectively managing its collection and processing. Personal data is collected during interaction with our website; for example, when a user contacts us to request information about our products and services, makes a reservation (for a hotel room or a table at our restaurant), subscribes to our newsletter, and so on.
Abbazia SAS collects or receives, in the course of and limited to its ordinary business activities, the information listed below.

Under no circumstances does Abbazia SAS require the provision of so-called "special categories of personal data", as defined by Article 9 of the GDPR, such as data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, health status, sex life or sexual orientation, or genetic or biometric data used to uniquely identify a natural person.
Furthermore, Abbazia SAS does not carry out any processing based on automated decision-making, including profiling.

Failure to provide complete and accurate data may make it impossible to provide the requested services.
With regard to purpose 7, providing personal data is optional. The data subject may choose not to give consent or may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal.

Data may also be shared with companies and collaborators responsible for administrative services that Abbazia SAS uses to fulfill its legal or contractual obligations, as well as with other companies, businesses, or individuals cooperating with Abbazia SAS in organizing and delivering services to its guests.
